OMG! I keep a blade in my car that I received from AAA in case of an accident to cut the seat belts if they jamb. All drivers are recommended to keep one in their vehicle in the event of an accident. Sure glad I’m not a person of color, or I could be charged with keeping a knife in my car in the event of police altercation. The penalty for this in Kenosha, WI is seven (7) shots in the back.
Did he have a dirk, or a dagger in his hand aimed at a police officer? If not, the police were not in danger and the whole incident was unjustified. If this is the case, and it looks like it is, this is cold, blooded murder.
When I think of this occurrence I am reminded of the case of Trayvon Martin when he was posthumously charged with using an instrument of death which caused George Zimmerman to fear for his life. What was this instrument of death? Why, the sidewalk, of course!
